New iPhone 4S 32GB on O2 with warranty ?

This is a genuine Apple refurbished iPhone 4S 32GB locked to the O2 network. It has not been used since it was purchased and is under warranty until February 2013. The phone is in mint condition still with plastic film on front and back, included are brand new apple earphones and charger.
