iPhone 4s new will sell orswap for iPad +

White iPhone 4s new replacement from apple the phone is new but charger is used as they only replaced the phone, it is on O2 but they did say it can be unlocked on O2 website, I have apple recipe and the phone is in warranty for 1 year. Will consider swapping for a iPad
