Iphone 3gs 16gb in white !

FOR SPARES OR REPAIR. I am selling Iphone 3GS 16GB in white,i think it is locked to O2 but not 100% sure. Has recently had a new screen fitted and new dock connector.However it will not switch on. Please remember this is NOT WORKING AND FOR SPARES OR REPAIR. Thanks for looking.
